Varun is an IIM A graduate and has worked for Goldman Sachs, HSBC and McKinsey.

He has international experience and has worked across countries in US, Europe, South-East Asia and Middle East over the last 16 years.

During this period, he has partnered with Fortune-500 companies to improve their RoS by 5-10% over 12-18 months through Commercial excellence, Artificial Intelligence and New business building.

Participant Pre-requisites

No prior coding experience is strictly required. Participants should be self-motivated to experiment with new tools, comfortable with shifting project expectations, and ready to tackle ambiguous, real-world manufacturing and management scenarios.
